Job Summary
Lead SAP BRIM implementation projects and manage client expectations by guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP Finance solutions. Utilize technical proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO to enhance financial reporting, while developing and overseeing scalable SAP Central Finance deployments. Validate data integrity, security, and compliance within financial systems, and identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve business performance. Coach junior staff to develop skills in SAP financial management and analyze financial trends to provide strategic insights. Confirm successful project planning, budgeting, and completion while upholding firm quality standards and contributing to broader business strategies.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Central Finance
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to drive strategic decisions
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and regulatory compliance
- Managing financial transformation projects with a focus on business process improvement
- Embracing change and innovation in technology consulting environments
