Job Summary
Lead SAP Basis architecture and lifecycle management for complex ECC and S/4HANA landscapes, driving end-to-end installations, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance. Ensure high availability and stability while executing ECC to HANA database migrations, SLT replication setups, and kernel upgrades across production systems. Support cloud migration initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders during PI planning to prioritize backlogs and define delivery timelines. Provide go-live support, post-implementation stabilization, and knowledge transition to operations teams. Manage change management, documentation, and technical improvements within Agile sprint-based delivery models.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration and architecture
- Strong expertise in SAP Basis and S/4HANA environments
- Proven experience in ECC to SAP HANA DB migrations
- Solid exposure to cloud-based SAP migrations
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA Database, SLT, and NetWeaver Gateway configuration
- Experience with SAP kernel upgrades, system upgrades, and release management
- Working knowledge of SAP modules and platforms including R/3, HANA, BW, and EWM
- Hands-on experience with RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) migration
