Job Summary
Role leads end-to-end SAP O2C-TM incidents, conducts deep-dive RCA, validates CI/CD changes, and drives UAT and hypercare during major S/4HANA upgrades. Responsibilities include managing high-priority functional incident calls, translating incident trends into formal tickets/ feature requests, reviewing FD/TD and automation test scripts, mentoring junior engineers, and coordinating with IT Performance/Project Managers, ABI stakeholders, and external vendors across global zones to ensure stable SAP O2C-TM operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
