Job Summary
Develop solutions for clients using SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software, specifically within the health insurance domain. Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions, and client presentations while managing agent, membership, premium, and commission information across multiple products. Utilize technical knowledge to create solutions and estimates, requiring expertise in commission calculations, incentive plans, and the Producer Management, Compensation & Performance, and Agent Connection modules. This role sits within the SAP Practice team for a remote position based in the US.
Required Qualifications
- SAP APMe Tool experience
- SAP Successfators
- Expert in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2 or more years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management software
- Experienced in commission calculations and payments
- Expert in commission and incentive plans used for external Producers
- Expert in managing agent, membership, premium and commission information across multiple insurance products
- Working knowledge of Producer Management, Compensation & Performance and Agent Connection modules
Desired Qualifications
- Health Insurance domain is a plus
- Experience in US health insurance
