Job Summary
Analyze business requests to determine implementation options and conduct analytics to compile reports recommending system or process improvements. Configure SAP Human Capital Management to meet legal, regulatory, and business requirements while participating in workflow improvement projects. Troubleshoot functional and business-related issues to resolve help desk incidents and time and payroll problems, including system enhancements. Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize and implement system changes following change management processes, and conduct support pack testing for year-end and year-begin activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- At least five (5) years of recent experience
- Extensive working knowledge of SAP HCM
- Experience with Time Management
- Experience with Payroll
- Experience with integration between SAP modules and with other systems

- Excellent judgement and creative thinking skills in decision making situations
- A strong ability to redesign business processes and maintain system integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging partners, writing reports and presenting research conclusions
