SAP ABAP Senior Developer/Analyst

Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP ABAP applications. Design, code, test, document, and implement changes across custom reports, user exits, enhancements, and workflows. Support and troubleshoot development and interface-related issues involving IDOCs, BAPIs, APIs, and EDIs. Maintain existing programs and create new custom solutions while collaborating with functional and technical teams. Develop accurate estimates for project and support activities and maintain technical documentation. This role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP ERP modules including MM, SD, WM, and FI, along with experience in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP modules: Sales Distribution (SD) Quote to Cash process including scheduling agreements and releases, Material Management (Procure to Pay including MRP), Warehouse Management (WM) Receive to Ship, and Finance (FI) Record to Report, COPA including KE30
- Experience with SAP Forms (Smart Forms, SAP scripts and Adobe Forms), User Exits, BADIs, Enhancements, and Workflows
- High Proficiency with interface technologies such as IDOCs, Rest/SOAP APIs, EDIs, RFCs, and BAPIs
- Architectural understanding of SAP to Non-SAP system integrations, especially SAP ERP to CRM dynamics, SAP to Print label solutions (Bartender). SAP to EDI solutions (Bizmanager)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
