Job Summary
Lead the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations by analyzing needs and developing tailored strategies. Oversee installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products while guiding teams in executing business transformation initiatives using Advanced Business Application Programming. Manage project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations, coaching and mentoring staff to enhance project outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and confirm data integrity within analytics frameworks. Build strong client relationships to support ongoing service excellence while promoting innovative technologies within SAP environments.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA effectively
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Embracing change and innovation in business transformation projects
- Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills
- Analyzing complex systems to identify linkages and interactions
