Job Summary
Lead the design and development of enterprise SAP ABAP and Fiori solutions, including modern Fiori/UI5 applications and custom developments. Drive new implementations and international rollouts while improving development standards and code quality across global teams. Mentor developers and provide technical leadership, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions. This role supports a leading international healthcare diagnostics organization expanding its global SAP Centre of Excellence in Barcelona. Candidates will focus on greenfield implementations and digital transformation projects using SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
- Strong SAP Fiori/UI5 development skills
- Experience with OData services
- Good understanding of SAP architecture
- Previous experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives
- Fluent English
Desired Qualifications
- SAP BTP experience
- Experience with CDS Views, RAP or CAP
- S/4HANA experience
