Conduct technical analysis, development, and optimization of SAP CRM systems for a major energy provider in the Czech Republic. Manage object-oriented ABAP development, implement customer-specific adjustments to standard CRM solutions, and ensure code quality, performance, and stability across large data volumes. Optimize existing B2B CRM infrastructure while building a new B2C CRM segment for thousands of end users. Integrate systems with SAP IS-U and focus on high-performance handling of extensive customer data.
