SAP ABAP Developer

Job Summary
Maintain and support CPKC's SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA Revenue Management systems, ensuring stable and effective business operations. Manage ServiceNow incidents, problems, and change requests for the Lead-to-Cash value chain, including issue resolution and documentation. Provide functional and technical support for SAP SD, FICA, FIAR, and BRIM processes, configuring and enhancing solutions through ABAP development and system customization. Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments, and develop functional, technical, and system design specifications. Develop, test, and implement system enhancements, support packages, OSS Notes, and transports across SAP environments. Create and execute test plans and integration testing using QTest, collaborating with teams supporting CRM, TM/EM, CO, PM, HR, PS, BI, and SAC. Produce technical documentation, deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, SAP certification, and experience
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience supporting, implementing, and enhancing SAP enterprise solutions
- Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA environments
- Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP SD, FIAR, or FICA modules, including configuration, testing, and production support
- Possibility that the location of your position may be changed based on organizational requirements
- 10-20% travel
