Job Summary
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver tasks within agreed timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business and operational objectives. Translate requirements into effective, practical solutions, maintain high standards of quality and process compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Proactively identify challenges, recommend appropriate solutions, and contribute ideas to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency. Maintain appropriate documentation, reports, and process records while adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple responsibilities effectively. This role is for one of the Weekday's clients in Pune, requiring immediate onboarding for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in your respective functional or technical domain
- Currently based in Pune and comfortable working from Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a very short notice period
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on timely and quality delivery
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute from day one
