Job Summary
Oversees guest experience, staff supervision, training, and operations for Santa’s Lapland program across multiple sites; responsible for staging pre-season setup, staff management, incident reporting, and delivering a festive guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing and motivating a large team to achieve exceptional results
- Ability to oversee multiple areas running at the same time with a high volume of guests and staff
- Ability to solve problems and find solutions to the variety of issues that tour operations can bring
- Detailed experience in logistical responsibilities desirably in tour operations or similar industries
- Proven experience in guest service and administration duties in this industry or similar
- Experience of delivering and creating training to large groups of staff
- Ability to learn a high-volume programme quickly
- Customer service experience; showing dedication to offer our guests the most amazing holiday experience
- Enthusiastic and friendly team player who can enhance the guests' holidays & staff experience in a professional manner
- Flexible and adaptable approach to roles, responsibilities and working hours
- Enthusiasm for the Santa Claus story and creating and maintaining a festive atmosphere
- Full driver's license and comfortable to drive in the Arctic conditions when required
