Job Summary
Photograph guests in posed and candid positions with Santa while greeting and welcoming them in a friendly manner. Ensure photos meet guest expectations and maintain a clean, organized work station. Assist with station assignments, rotation planning, and opening/closing/securing the room at shift change. Use radios for communication and adhere to safety and guest liability procedures. Work irregular shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a high-pressure casino environment. Requires standing, sitting, and moving throughout casino/hotel areas. Free meal, onsite parking, and one free photo package included. Seasonal role starting October 15th.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work irregular shift assignments, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to multi-task including but not limited to answering the phone, greeting guests, rearranging reservations, etc
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience as a photographer preferred - at least 6 months
- Passion for photography with an eye for capturing both posed and candid moments
- A passion for the holiday season and creating memorable experiences
- Availability for evenings, weekends and peak holiday hours
- Dependable, enthusiastic, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
