Job Summary
Senior on-site Superintendent to lead field execution for a ground-up, high-density multifamily development in Santa Ana, CA. Responsibilities include directing daily field operations with a focus on safety, schedule adherence, and quality control; coordinating subcontractors and site logistics across a complex, multi-phase build; driving milestone execution and field decision-making in collaboration with PMs and PEs; maintaining proactive communication with ownership teams, city inspectors, and project partners; upholding rigorous standards around job site cleanliness, risk management, and compliance. Ideal candidates have 5–15+ years in vertical construction with multifamily experience, can lead large subcontractor teams across multiple trades, excel at site planning and day-to-day strategy, are strong communicators, and are proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera. Required Qualifications
- 5–15+ years in vertical construction with a proven track record in multifamily projects
- Experience managing large subcontractor teams across multiple scopes and trades
- Ability to lead site planning, work sequencing, and day-to-day job site strategy
- Strong communicator, confident in navigating high-stakes field decisions
- Familiar with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera (or similar platforms)
