Job Summary
Customer Experience Supervisor at Sender One (Santa Ana, CA) leads and develops the front-line team to deliver exceptional gym-customer experiences. Responsibilities include building and sustaining staff culture aligned with core values, managing and coaching direct reports, serving as manager on duty to resolve escalated issues, overseeing new hire progress and onboarding, providing regular feedback, conducting hiring interviews, coordinating with other departments, executing department objectives with the Manager and other Supervisors, and maintaining staff performance and accountability. Must have 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience, climb-specific knowledge (top rope & lead belay), proficiency with Google Suite, Paycom, and Rock Gym Pro reporting, and be available for a minimum of 24 hours/week with weekend availability and regular meetings.
