Job Summary
Sanitation lead responsible for all sanitation compliance with Federal, State, Local, Customer, AIB, and Food Safety regulations; oversee day-to-day sanitation department operations; ensure adherence to SQF and Food Safety standards; coordinate monthly HACCP/Security/Safety meetings; require PCQI certification or HACCP training; able to lift up to 50 lbs; ensure GMP policy compliance; develop and maintain the SQF Food Safety Manual; ensure cleanliness of equipment, building, and grounds; verify completion of Master Sanitation Schedule; conduct environmental testing; train sanitation personnel on cleaning procedures; promote food safety culture and ensure staffing alignment to meet food safety objectives; location Morristown, IN, US.
Required Qualifications
