Job Summary
Join Connect Staffing as a Sanitor in food production, responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facility surfaces while adhering to safety and food safety standards. Requires flexibility for varying shift start times, including weekends and occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent sanitation experience in food production or industrial environments
- Proficient with power washing tools, scrubbers, and sanitation equipment
- Able to handle and work safely with cleaning chemicals
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform demanding cleaning tasks
- Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Experience as a Sanitation Technician, Cleaning Technician, Janitorial Technician, Production Sanitation Worker, Food Plant Cleaner, or Custodian (a plus)
