Sanitor

Sanitor responsible for sanitation and compliance across GMP, FDA regulations, and the Master Sanitation Schedule; performs cleaning of machines, conveyors, floors, and fixtures, removes waste, maintains orderly work areas in packaging, processing, warehouse, and maintenance zones; supports production teams, follows plant safety rules, operates industrial vacuum equipment, recharges and maintains cleaning tools, cleans at various heights, and participates in preventive sanitation for production lines; records downtime, assists in training sanitation personnel, and contributes ideas for operational improvements while performing other duties as assigned. Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions, work as a team, and handle multiple tasks with basic math; role runs on the 11:00pm–7:30am shift with OT as needed at B&G Foods in Parsippany, NJ area (facility details referenced in description; location noted as Ankeny, IA in posting).
