Job Summary
Understand all aspects of the sanitation and pest control programs and maintain the formal SSOP for all equipment cleaning processes. Ensure proper logging, swabbing, testing, and adherence to strict safety protocols while using safety equipment and cleaning tools to ensure team member safety. Titrate chemicals, inspect equipment after cleaning to verify proper sanitation, and direct re-cleaning if necessary. Complete the post cleaning checklist in accordance with the Sanitation Policy. This role requires 3 or more years of related experience, ServSafe certification preferred, and knowledge of foodservice industry regulations. Full-time 2nd shift Monday through Friday at the Culinary Support Center in Warren, OH.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years minimum related experience
- Sanitation experience
- Knowledge of the rules and regulations that govern the foodservice industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to titrate chemicals
- Must be able to use safety equipment and cleaning tools
- Must be able to understand all aspects of the sanitation and pest control programs
- Must be able to maintain the formal SSOP for all equipment cleaning processes
- Must be able to ensure proper logging swabbing testing general sanitation and adherence to strict safety protocols
- Must be able to have the ability to inspect equipment after cleaning to ensure proper cleaning and that sanitation is completed
- Must be able to direct re cleaning of equipment if necessary
- Must be able to complete post cleaning checklist in accordance with the Sanitation Policy
- Must be available for 2nd shift Monday Friday
