Key duties include cleaning and sanitizing production line operating equipment (ovens, mixers, etc.), baking equipment (bins, trays), operating a floor scrubber to clean concrete flooring, sweeping/mopping work areas, and performing housekeeping duties (restrooms, lunchroom, offices, conference room). Also responsible for knowledge of pest control, operating a trash compactor, reading a weight scale, operating a baler, and understanding chemicals, chemical color coding, chemical handling, and MSDS. Willingness to work weekends or overtime and participate in a continuous improvement work team environment. Working with required equipment knowledge and adherence to safety and sanitation practices in a manufacturing setting.
