Job Summary
Wash utensils, machinery, and designated facility areas using hot or cold water as required. Operate sanitation equipment and follow proper chemical dilution and concentration procedures. Maintain knowledge of washing procedures by sanitation zones and adhere to color coding for tools. Perform quality control checks in assigned areas while working safely around food allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts. Support cleaning, maintaining, and emptying equipment throughout the sanitation process. Follow all PPE requirements and safety procedures consistently.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work safely in a food manufacturing environment with allergens
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures consistently
- 3rd Shift (Evening and Night hours)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sanitation and/or dishwashing experience preferred
- Knowledge of chemical concentrations and sanitation procedures preferred
