Sanitation

Conduct daily cleaning and sanitation tasks for production areas, service zones, and storage rooms while adhering to food safety standards and health department regulations. Clean production equipment, tools, and work surfaces; sweep floors, mop drains, and maintain non-slip surfaces. Empty trash, transport waste to dumpsters, and clean restrooms, break areas, and exterior spaces as assigned. Complete sanitation checklists, logs, and documentation to ensure compliance. Coordinate activities with production and retail teams to minimize operational disruption and report safety or maintenance concerns to leadership. Support shop operations during peak periods and perform other duties as assigned by management. Work in a fast-paced environment with variable schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
