Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary shop environment by performing cleaning tasks on production equipment, tools, racks, and work surfaces. Sweep and mop floors, clean drains, empty trash, and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and exterior zones to comply with food safety and health department regulations. Coordinate sanitation activities with production and retail teams to minimize operational disruption while reporting safety concerns to leadership. Work in a fast-paced setting with variable schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic literacy skills
- Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sanitation, janitorial, or food service cleaning experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous job stability
