Sanitation Utility

Sanitation Utility at Smucker (2nd/3rd shift, full-time) responsible for a range of bakery manufacturing cleaning duties across the plant, including cleaning floors, walls, ceilings, windows, restrooms, and equipment (e.g., mixers, ovens) to maintain GMP standards and product safety. Must be able to work effectively in a team, follow written and verbal instructions, perform tasks safely and accurately, and comply with safety and quality expectations. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for portions of a 12-hour shift, climbing stairs, and operating cleaning tools. Prior safety training is preferred. The role involves cleaning processing and non-processing equipment, assisting with waste disposal, and supporting the Food Defense Team. This is a 2nd/3rd shift, full-time PM position with a focus on maintaining hygiene and sanitation across the plant to ensure product quality and safety.
