Job Summary
The Sanitation Technician is responsible for general cleaning of the warehouse, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and outdoor areas. Responsibilities include gathering and disposing of debris, tracking inventory adjustments, sweeping, mopping, and dusting, maintaining pest control stations, operating heavy machinery, and completing required paperwork. The position requires commitment to safety, ability to work in varying temperatures, and compliance with company policies. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and possess PITOT certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Successful completion of Powered Industrial Truck Operators Training (PITOT) certification
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, kneel, squat, turn, reach, pull, push and lift up to 85 pounds
- Willingness to work required shift schedules and varying days of the week including holidays and/or weekends
