Job Summary
Food-Grade Sanitation Technician responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, processing areas, and utensils in compliance with cGMP, GMP, HACCP, and company sanitation standards; perform COP and basic CIP, operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, high-pressure washers, forklifts), handle sanitation chemicals safely, work in confined spaces, maintain sanitation documentation, and support allergen and cross-contamination prevention with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling cleaning agents and operating cleaning equipment in a manufacturing or similar environment
