Job Summary
Sanitation Technician for a food production facility responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workspace. Duties include disassembling and assembling equipment to clean and sanitize, as well as dish washing and pot washing before and after production. Must work in a fast-paced environment, be capable of working in cold (38-40 degrees) and wet conditions for extended periods, wear PPE, and stand for the shift.
