Job Summary
Sanitation Tech responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary production facility at the Fremont, NE manufacturing plant for Royal Canin. Focuses on sanitation and pest control across the site, performing detailed cleaning of large areas and equipment, supporting production plans, and collaborating with operators and other departments. Ensures compliance with GMPs and safety procedures, completes required documentation, and adapts to varying shifts, environments, and heights, while standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 lbs to help meet production goals.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Must be willing and able to work and accept varying shifts and schedules
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to plan work on a daily basis, work independently and be a self-starter and a highly motivated individual.
- Ability to work with a team and effectively interact with other departments.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate in the English language
