Sanitation Technician

Sanitation Technician responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining production areas, equipment, floors, walls, and facility spaces to meet safety, quality, and food safety standards. Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for proper cleaning; follow sanitation procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards; properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and personal protective equipment; remove waste and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility; inspect equipment and work areas for cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards; document sanitation activities and report issues to leadership; support production teams by ensuring equipment and areas are ready for operation; maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. Works the 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift with a 4-day week, including weekend 12-hour overnight shifts in Louisville, KY, with potential additional shifts based on business needs.
