Job Summary
Sanitation Technician responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the production facility and warehouses, operating equipment in the cheese rework process, performing Clean In Place (CIP) for belts, troubleshooting and maintaining machinery, inspecting the work area, ensuring QA and food-safety compliance, maintaining the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS), and supporting audit readiness. Role includes operating the cheese shred machine, safe forklift operation, and assisting with scheduled cleaning projects and spills. Requires high school diploma or equivalent preferred and demonstrates mechanical aptitude; in-house training provided.
