Job Summary
Sanitation Technician at Agropur Lake Norden SD maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the cheese production area and warehouses; operates belt lines and Elevated Finishing Vats, performs Clean In Place, monitors recipe variables during production, troubleshoots and maintains machinery, reports safety/sanitation issues, operates the cheese shred machine, and assists with sanitation-related tasks to ensure an audit-ready environment and compliance with GMP/SOP. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No experience necessary: in-house training provided
- Experience in food service/food plant or sanitation background preferred
