Sanitation Technician- 3rd Shift (Wednesday to Saturday: 8PM to 6:30AM)

Job Summary
Cleans and sanitizes food processing equipment, facilities, and packaging while preventing cross-contamination. Follows all Sanitation SOPs, GMPs, and safety policies, including proper chemical handling and PPE usage. Performs pre-inspection of clean equipment, completes required SQF documentation, and maintains cleaning carts and tools. Washes and maintains cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums. Lifts up to 50 lbs and works extended periods standing, walking, and bending. Must read, write, and speak English, lead a team, and manage time independently. Works the 3rd shift (Wednesday to Saturday: 8PM to 6:30AM), including weekends or holidays as demand dictates.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to follow instructions in English
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to use Step ladder/Ladder
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with extended periods of standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting in safe manner
- Able to lift-up to 50lbs
- Required to work 3rd shift, though hours may change due to demand, including weekends, or holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Sanitation experience preferred
- Experience leading a team
- Time Management control
- Follows all GMPs, Food Safety, SSOPs per assignments
- Ability to interact professionally with honesty and respect towards Management, coworkers
