Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Previous experience in sanitation, preferably in a food manufacturing or processing environment
• •Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices
• •Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• •Strong attention to detail

• •Ability to stand
• •Ability to walk around office, warehouse, and plant
• •Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
• •Ability to utilize fine dexterity
• •Ability to reach, kneeling, crawling, and twist on a daily basis
• •Flexibility to work overtime and non-standard hours as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• •Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• •Ability to work in unusual elements such as dirt, dust, fumes, odors, darkness, poor lighting, noise, and vibration
• •Ability to handle seasonal exposure to extreme temperatures, wetness, and humidity
• •Ability to work around mechanical equipment, mechanical hazards, forklifts, chemical hazards, electrical hazards, fire and explosives hazards, and communicable diseases

• •Ability to work in a rotating schedule (Wed.-Sat., rotating Thurs.)
• •Ability to work 5:15 pm - 5:30 am shifts
• •Ability to work in Caldwell, ID
• •Ability to pass pre-employment screening process which includes a drug screen and review of criminal background and other records
