Job Summary

Execute thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures according to company protocols, including equipment disassembly and chemical cleaning of production areas. Conduct routine inspections to identify sanitation issues, monitor cleaning supply inventory, and maintain accurate records of activities for regulatory audits. Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and HACCP standards while collaborating with production and quality assurance teams to coordinate schedules. Identify process optimization opportunities and participate in continuous learning sessions. Work Wed-Sat every other Wednesday on the back end shift from 5:15 pm to 5:30 am, with eligibility for overtime pay.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Good communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to stand
Ability to walk around office, warehouse, and plant
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
Ability to utilize fine dexterity
Ability to reach, kneeling, crawling, and twist on a daily basis
