Sanitation TeamMate Trainer

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate facility-wide sanitation operations and serve as the lead trainer and subject matter expert for sanitation. Perform cleaning across production, warehouse, office, restroom, and common areas; maintain inventory; ensure SQF and GMP compliance; train and onboard Sanitation TeamMates with hands-on instruction; provide coaching and update sanitation procedures and checklists; inspect work for sanitation quality and assist in audits; operate cleaning equipment and support safety and PPE adherence; communicate sanitation priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior sanitation, housekeeping, or manufacturing cleaning experience preferred
- Previous experience training, mentoring, or coaching others preferred
- Working knowledge of sanitation processes, safety practices, and quality standards
- Ability to read, understand, and clearly communicate procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate others
- Attention to detail and quality focus
