Sanitation Team Member

Sanitation Team Member position at Nutmeg Baking Co. responsible for cleaning the facility, equipment, common areas, loading docks, and exterior grounds in a fast-paced bakery environment. Duties include following brand cleaning standards and food safety standards, cleaning equipment per procedures, proper use of cleaning chemicals and tools, washing racks, baskets, pans, cleaning and sanitizing truck boxes, filtering and boiling out fryers, maintaining a people-focused culture, effective communication with managers and coworkers, and adhering to lockout tagout policy. Physical demands include standing, repetitive motion, lifting up to 50 lbs, and strict uniform requirements in accordance with GMP.
