Job Summary
Execute structured sanitation processes for equipment, tools, and production areas in refrigerated environments (-10 to -20°C) before daily production begins. Safely handle cleaning chemicals, complete sanitation logs, and report equipment issues or safety hazards. Maintain a clean workspace, follow health protocols with proper PPE, and collaborate with team members to meet nightly targets. Work independently in a temperature-controlled setting from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sanitation, janitorial, or food manufacturing experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting 30–50 lbs
- Ability to work in cold environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
