Job Summary
Supervise the daily cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and FSQ regulations. Manage team members to achieve production, safety, and quality goals while supporting continuous improvement processes for better business results. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure safe handling procedures, spending approximately 80% of the shift on feet in a production setting. Requires excellent communication, leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in cold environments.
