Job Summary
Perform hands-on technical sanitation by executing the disassembly, deep cleaning, and reassembly of complex food production machinery in your assigned zone. Lead by example while training new and existing Sanitation Technicians on proper cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and plant-specific workflows. Strictly enforce OSHA standards, Lockout/Tagout, HAZCOMM, and GMPs while conducting chemical titrations to verify regulatory solution strength. Continuously audit your area to ensure pre-operational and mid-shift standards meet USDA and FDA frameworks. Requires night, weekend, and holiday availability in a heavy industrial food production setting.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on technical sanitation experience in a food processing facility
- USDA/FDA regulated environment experience
- Demonstrated informal leadership skills

- Strong working knowledge of SSOPs
