Job Summary
The Sanitation Supervisor oversees day-to-day sanitation of equipment and facility in the plant, develops and documents cleaning procedures (SSOPs, cleaning logs), and ensures sanitation quality aligns with food safety standards. Leads and trains sanitation workers, plans and directs sanitation tasks, and coordinates with maintenance, R&D, and QA on sanitation issues. Responsible for maintaining the Master Sanitation Schedule, ensuring compliance with safety rules and GMPs, and driving continuous improvement in sanitation processes to meet production and quality targets. Requires HACCP awareness, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to work a 3rd shift in the United States. Must reside in the US; relocation assistance is available. Required Qualifications
- High School or GED required
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience in the food industry
