SANITATION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary
Oversee the third-shift sanitation operations and the master sanitation program for the facility. Verify detergents and sanitizers are used correctly, document nightly observations, inspect production areas for needed repairs and complete work orders, verify nightly dry pickup with operations, coordinate with multiple departmental leaders, and escort USDA during Pre-Op inspections. Ensure the facility is properly cleaned each day and ready for pre-op inspection; monitor sanitation processes and maintain food-safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years in a production role or related experience preferred but not required
