Job Summary

Oversee and direct all sanitation activities within the poultry processing plant to ensure facility, equipment, and tools meet USDA, OSHA, and regulatory standards. Lead, train, and schedule sanitation team members while conducting pre-op and post-op inspections to verify cleaning effectiveness and document compliance for food safety audits. Monitor chemical usage, cleaning methods, and equipment performance, responding promptly to issues during shifts to maintain readiness for production. Maintain accurate sanitation records and reinforce safety protocols including PPE use and lockout/tagout procedures. Work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, with a base salary of $73,620.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED
1 or more years of previous supervisory experience
Leadership skills of 20+ employees
Effective communication both orally and in writing
Capable of independent decision making
Must have basic computer knowledge
Strong organizational skills
Acute attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Valid driver's license
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
