Job Summary
Oversee daily sanitation operations for night shift employees, managing cleaning of all plant equipment and facility areas. Conduct internal and third-party audits, perform equipment inspections, and schedule maintenance for grounds and machinery while maintaining a master schedule. Educate staff on cleaning procedures, SSOPs, and safety processes, ensuring compliance with SQF, GMPs, and local regulations. Requires US citizenship, 2+ years in food manufacturing supervision, and ability to work the third shift.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a Supervisory or leadership role
- Food Manufacturing experience
- US Citizenship/Greencard Holder
- Must come from Food and Beverage industries
- Must be okay working the 3rd shift
- Working knowledge of local, state, federal laws and regulations
- Food safety and quality knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Be detail oriented
- Stable work history
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Food Science, Biology or related field
- Sanitation Certification
- Bilingual
