Sanitation Supervisor - 3rd Shift - West Debone

Oversee and direct all sanitation activities to ensure the facility, equipment, and tools are cleaned and sanitized according to company, USDA, and regulatory standards. Lead, train, and schedule sanitation team members, ensuring proper execution of cleaning procedures and safe work practices. Conduct pre-op and post-op inspections to verify sanitation effectiveness and document compliance for food safety audits. Monitor chemical usage, cleaning methods, and equipment performance, ensuring appropriate concentrations, handling, and maintenance. Respond promptly to sanitation-related issues during and after cleaning shifts, troubleshooting problems to maintain readiness for production. Maintain accurate sanitation records, including checklists, logs, corrective actions, and audit documentation. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, reinforcing PPE use, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe chemical handling throughout sanitation operations. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Operations Team.
