Sanitation technician responsible for sanitizing and cleaning production areas and equipment in a high-temperature, wet environment. duties include disassembling, cleaning and sanitizing food-processing equipment, following LOTO procedures, maintaining GMP and food safety compliance, completing sanitation documentation, coordinating supplies and contractor support, training employees, and contributing to safety and incident investigations. must read labels in English, handle chemicals safely, have some cleaning experience, pay attention to detail, and operate in a fast-paced environment. ability to use basic computer skills and work independently; strong teamwork and adherence to safety policies are required.
