Sanitation Specialist

Clean and sanitize all aspects of the food production facility, including production equipment, floors, surfaces, and walls within the kitchen, break rooms, restrooms, and office areas. Check and restock supplies while adhering to Tovala's food safety and employee safety policies, and complete relevant food safety and quality documentation. This role requires familiarity with cleaning solutions, including chemical preparation and dilution, and the ability to work independently through a list of tasks. Candidates must possess previous janitorial or sanitation experience, hold required food certifications and licenses, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The position operates on a 5-day schedule with Thursdays and Sundays off.
