Job Summary
Clear tables, condiments, and contact surfaces including faucets, handles, chairs, and computer terminals after each guest departure. Maintain proper sanitation levels throughout the shift by exerting fast-paced mobility to cover all common areas in the restaurant. Wear required PPE for the duration of the shift and lift up to 20 pounds. Actual work hours, whether full or part time, are based on shift availability and management discretion.
