Job Summary
Lead sanitation tasks plantwide, train operators on cleaning of processing equipment, perform CIP prep and CIP/MSS documentation, audit cleaning tools and chemical usage, maintain logs and SOPs, supervise 5S housekeeping, coordinate with QA and supervisors, ensure GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance, and support safety programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in a Food Manufacturing environment (sanitation preferred)
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Must have basic math skills
- Understanding of GMPs and Safety Procedures
- Ability to train others and lead shift activities
- Ability to maintain logs and complete documentation
