Job Summary
Disassemble and assemble production equipment while following SSOP for cleaning food grade machinery. Operate high pressure, hot water sprayers and perform hand scrubbing to maintain sanitation standards. Assist in staying current on the Master Sanitation schedule and adhere to Food Safety Policies and Procedures with proper P.P.E. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 12:30 AM to 7:30 AM in 5 or 7 hour shifts. Paid breaks occur after every two hours. Street clothes are required; steel toe boots and a uniform/smock are provided and must not leave the facility.
