Job Summary
Sanitation team member responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, tools, and work areas to meet USDA, food safety, and company sanitation standards. Duties include preparing and applying cleaning chemicals with proper PPE, inspecting for cleanliness, maintaining an organized and safe environment, collaborating with teammates, following SOPs and safety guidelines, and performing additional sanitation tasks as needed to support production readiness. Requires ability to work in a refrigerated environment (10°F–40°F), stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs; education preferred is a High School Diploma/GED with related experience in poultry/food/manufacturing considered a plus. Schedule is Monday-Friday with some weekend work or overtime; base hourly rate $19.71 with a $1 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts; benefits include medical/dental/vision after 60 days and 401(k) matching after one year.
